Shipping policy

AUSTRALIA
  • Orders with an Australian delivery address are sent via Express Post with Australia Post for a charge of $12 per parcel.
  • All orders over $150 with a delivery location within Australia will receive free shipping.
  • These charges will automatically apply at the cart during the checkout process.
  • You can generally expect to receive your parcel within 1-3 business days from dispatch.  However at certain times of year postage times are increased through Australia Post and we have no control over this.
  • It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

 

INTERNATIONAL

  • XcessFIT ships to most destinations around the world via Australia Post.
  • If you can select your address at checkout, we can deliver to you!
  • If your address can't be entered, please provide alternative address details.
  • You can expect to receive your parcel within 6-10 business days of dispatch.
  • We recommend international customers check with their country's customs office prior to ordering, with regards to understanding any import costs that may be payable within their destination country.
  • Our international shipping charges ($30 for purchases $1.00 - $199.00 | Free postage for purchases of $200.00 and over) are transport costs only. XcessFIT does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
